WISDOM...

 There is relative wisdom that can help a separate self me navigate in a world full of ups, downs and most often deep quagmire situations. 

There is conventional wisdom that holds "Divine knowledge cannot be rationally comprehended."

Within there is a natural insistent drive as a separate self me to seek/pursue relative wisdom... This relative wisdom overlays the deeper seeking for conventional wisdom. Can you see how this is an impossible task? 

 There is not a you that can claim knowing divine knowledge. Divine knowledge is simply recognized when  the separate self you identity stops. You cannot stop you...relax, rest in what appears. Move through your day with unintentional ease. All actions you take are natural, unaltered by a separate self me. Let your breath of conventional wisdom be...it has never left you.

MISTAKEN IDENTITY...

 Separation is a me inside the body looking out at a world where everything can be identified, understood and knowable...meaning  looking out from the body there is a subject object world that me and others live in. This me inside looking out seeks for meaning, purpose, love, peace understanding so that it can become whole/fulfilled or to just feel a whole lot better. 

This me looking out through the eyes of the body intrinsically seeks because it feels lack in one way or the other thus the pursuit to become and /or acquire turns out to be a tireless game that has no end. 

When the separate self me energy collapses/stops the eyes looking out from the body see's everything as before but now without an over lay of a separate self me (add on). These eyes looking out through the body also recognizes that a separate self me was/is a mistaken identity existing only in a dream illusional world.

What is IS with no overlay no add ons...

WONDER OF IT ALL...

    When no longer identified as a body mind with emotions there just may be a breath that recognizes the immeasurable changeless being that you are. Seeing both the relative and eternal nature of the whole inclusive wonder of it all! Blessings dear readers!

SEARCH NO MORE...

 Seeking is always looking for something somewhere, looking for some thing, some one or looking for an experience that will give them what they seek. Separate self me thrives on the idea(s) if it looks hard enough smart enough long enough it just may get what it's looking for.

U2 lyrics  "..but I still haven't found what I'm looking for.." ring true. The looking seeking search is futile...Everything everyone is already complete perfection and beyond perfection just as is and are. What is shared here requires no seeking no looking... in other words Love has no requirements. Breathe easy as you are love and everything appearing is love. The seeking searching looking has been called off. 

LOVE ...AS ALWAYS

    The separate self me identity (I am my body and mind) is ruled by it's conditioning and circumstances. In other words I am here, you and the world are out there.Whatever occurs is happening to me in front of me behind me and has happened to me. 

When the identity of separation is no longer supported nor nourished by its conditioning and false safe guards your natural being blossoms love as it has always done.

 

    Me seeks freedom from the knowable. Ironically the separate self me depends and relies on the knowable for its survival. Seeking only merits the separate self me. Seeking feels good sometimes and leads to frustration at other times...it is an endless game. See this for what it is.

DEATH...FEAR

Death is a concept that gives rise to all fear. Death is fear of loss, fear of ending and fear of the unknown.

Death is the grounded position that frightens, feels unsafe and brings on worry anxiety depression. 

Death may also be a celebration and a relief. Either way death carries angst unsatisfied unfulfilled restless feelings.

The separate self identity ensures all this...theres no escaping death/fear's grip as death signifies the end of separations energy. Death is only real in the illusion of  'I am a separate individual with my own separate identity I was born and I will die...you were born and you will die.' As long as the energy of separation is your 'modus operandi' death/fear remain a corner stone to the separate individual.

Yes you appear to have a body solid and real and yes the body will end. Are you just a body with rapid thoughts that never last? Where is your true nature? What is this crazy overlay that appears to keep you from being boundless love with no opinions judgements all inclusive equanimity...????

It appears to be a bit of a game of 'hide and seek' never losing either way ;)

SIMPLICITY...

    All appearances arise before thoughts... seeing hearing smelling touching etc. happen before thoughts. There is no separate self me identity prior to the magnificent mechanics of the body. Separate self me quickly takes ownership of the body's senses claiming it is I that sees hears smells touches etc. The energy of a separate self me can not fathom that the senses are alone simply happening without anyone to claim ownership. The simplicity and beauty of life itself is covered by the assertion that life happens to me.

          The simplicity of open infinite freedom is your natural being

RELATIONSHIPS...

 All relationships are one in the same. Love meeting love. When the energy of separation drops stops it is recognized it has always been so. One in the same. Love meeting love. 

 All relationships as a separate self identity me become entangled with judgements projections expectations losses and gains. Separate self me binds it so.Working on improving me with relationships generally benefits the me... a good thing for the separate self.

Love meeting love is anew and free (of judgements projections expectations losses and gains).

Separate self me in all relationships carries an undue weight.

YOU ARE LOVE...

   In all relationships you are neither an individual nor the other you are the love in-between. 

Relax Rest Shhh...You Are Infinite Love

 Whatever you're doing, hoping, praying, projecting, dreaming for is the infinite...what is is always infinite love. 

Ignorance and arrogance are the forefront of separation...the separate individual identity is steeped in both.

Actions out of meaning and purpose are personal investments of the illusional separate you. Actions out of infinite love are spontaneous untainted by any meaning or purpose. Relax rest shhhh...you are infinite love. Your daily life continues perfectly whole ... as it always has.

There is so much unrest devastation and sorrow appearing within humanity...Relax rest shhhh you are infinite love in all ways always.

THE YOU...

    The you that is not a separate self...the you that is not personal...IS love with no conditions no lack no judgements. This you moves through each day like a steady pour of molasses flowing easily in... movement action interruptions surprises happiness sorrows agitations all conditions. The you that is love with no conditions is humanities essence. Sense you already are see this and perhaps the silly illusion that you're not will evaporate. 

Everything Everywhere Is LOVE...

The you that is seeing these words is infinite love seeing

The you that is hearing sounds is infinite love hearing

The you that is feeling is infinite love feeling

The you that has thoughts arising is infinite love

The you that is perceiving is infinite love

The you that is in action is infinite love

Everything everywhere is the vastness of infinite love

Infinite love dose not hide from you as 

Infinite love is what you are

There is no where where love is not

There is no where where you are not

LOVE LOVES LIFE FOR LIFE ITSELF...

 Your life is sooo much more than just 'my life.' On the one hand you have your stories, memories and imagined future ideas and on the other hand life is abundant infinite love as everything including the 'my life.' One is an illusion the other is not. One never needs to choose one life over another...LOVE is all inclusive with nothing ever left out. The good news is...there is no wrong or right. 

                                 Love loves life for life itself!

 

NO MEANING NO PURPOSE...

    Unconditional love has no meaning nor purpose...it dose not need one. Only a separate me individual needs meaning and purpose. The separate self me will never wrap its head around the statement 'Unconditional love has no meaning nor purpose'...please don't try. 

Love is being...do not ask what is being as it is not a known experience. 

Love is everything as and with your senses. 

Love is everything imagined. 

Love is every movement and action. 

Love is every breath and tear drop.  

Love is inclusive impossible to be exclusive. 

Love continually appears within and without you...it never leaves you. 

Love's unchanging infinite abundance is YOU. 

Please do not go looking for it as seeking and desiring love is hopeless.

Do nothing... all that arises comes and goes. Love remains constant never needing description projection nor identification. Rest...You do not need a meaning nor purpose to be.

WALK IN BETWEEN THE RAIN DROPS...

Turn away from all thoughts, emotions, desires, fears... walk in between the rain drops! 

As a thought has your attention turn away 

As an emotion has your attention turn away

As a desire has your attention turn away

As fear has your attention turn away

"Look in between thoughts rather than at the thought"...walk in between the raindrops!

Relax as the axle of a wheel do not position yourself as a spoke nor the rim nor tire

This takes no effort...turn away from all thoughts.

THE SPIRITUAL SHOPPER...

   Seeking gives rise in becoming a committed shopper...shopping from one spiritual concept to another in hopes to finding the truth, the real truth...the ultimate discovery of unconditioned love... peace...bliss... freedom etc...The absolute enlightened experience of awakening... 

   Sense you already are what you're seeking one can stop shopping. Reads simple yet for the me it is a path filled with complexities and entanglements. 

What you're looking for is not an experience ... One may say rather a recognition that there is nothing separate nor apart. It is recognition alone that see's this not a separate individual me.

 From here the shopping to know the shopping to understand the shopping to become ceases.

                                     To be without a me IS your natural state.

UNTETHERED LOVE...

 ...The natural being that you are is boundless untethered infinite love unseparated from anything unseparated from anyone....simply there is no subject object reality.This is incomprehensible to the energies of separation as separation is bound by a subject object reality. There can be a resonate in hearing these words that is beyond a separate self individual me and it is here the dilemma begins  searching for the ultimate desire to be free from the restricted energy of separation. The paradoxical contradiction is that the separate energy IS boundless untethered infinite love. The improvement of a better me often begins to shape itself in the seeking, cleaning and clearing patterns and habits for a more restful at ease life...this does not lead to the collapse of separation. There is no 'how to' to snuff out the energy of separation.

Know your infinitely lovable and rest with whatever appears (the best you can). Life has your back as there are no wrongs no rights no pressure to become anything! Love you just as you are! 

  

             Everything is the infinite boundless Beloved... 

                                    Rest in this thisness.                      

POSSIBILITIES...

  The separate self me is full of conflict and contradictions. When this is seen a door opens to possibilities to recognize life otherwise. 

KUE...

    Knowing Understanding Experiencing are the key ingredients perpetuating separate self me.

More Knowing deeper Understanding and a better Experience is the life line for separate self me. 

   Me is always seeking something for itself as it can not see itself as whole... me is an energetic field of I am and everything else is a part from me... un-whole incomplete. Me can not get rid of its charted course of always needing for more Knowing deeper Understanding and better Experiences...it has no where else to go. See the KUE.

NO ME NO MY...

     Me can see that a past is memory, a future never arrives and present presence is spontaneous appearances yet me continually overlooks by positioning itself with a story of getting something, going somewhere, and/or knowing more with a constant need of change to make things/life better...this illusion/dream can not help itself as its very nature is always restless and discontented with what is. When the energy of a separate self me stops all tension, restlessness ceases. Life continues just as it always has been... without an energetic separate self me that thinks it is a body/mind dreaming this is my life my story.

 

NEED...

   What is is what is looked for but the separate self me needs a knowing a sensation a feeling some kind of an experience to validate that what is is what me is looking for ...it will never happen. The separate self me stands as an illusion. Recognition recognizes what is is all there is. Me illusion is always in the position of needing even when it declares I need nothing (that is still a position). See how need is the primary posture as a separate self me identity.

THE ILLUSION of TIME...

   The journey the path is only real to the energy of a separate me self. Journeys and paths are durations of time experiences through the idea of cause and effect, meaning and purpose to get somewhere that is measured by a continuum of past present and future. This cyclical nature is like a ferris wheel ride that never ends. 

   In order to keep the separate self me illusion going, me anchors its self on a past present future...this over looks the abundant love aliveness of what is. Everything IS the the infinite, absolute, god, goddess, divine, potato (use what ever word comes) etc.... including past present and future. What is requires nothing as life is already whole and complete... nothing needs defining.

HEART...

   The separate individual life moves in a progression from birth to death. From one state to another ever changing in both form (the body) and formless (thoughts, feelings, sensations). When the energy  of identifying as a separate self me collapses ends, freedom from any/all progression ceases too. Changeless completeness pureness is recognized as your true identity aka:Infinite Love. All that comes and goes is like a wave in the waters, a passing cloud, a breeze or swirling winds... all in perfect harmony. Trust that you know this not with a thought/feeling/sensation but rather with heart.You are not a movement nor a duration in time.

 

ME MY ME MINE...

 My thoughts come and go

    Correction: Thoughts come and go

My feelings come and go

    Correction: Feelings come and go

My actions come and go

    Correction: Actions come and go

Take away the ownership of a me, mine and my. Drop the filter of any and all ownership.

INESCAPABLE LOVE...

   Memories and expectations keep the separate self me imprisoned. Hush, quiet ... the being of love is in you and everywhere.          Inescapable love is all there is!

LOVE SHOUTS...

    Someone who knows whats happening, someone who describes whats happening is the separate self me. The idea of knowing describing what is completely misses over looks the aliveness of what is.There is no separate self me individual aka: no you no other. When the concept of some one ends the recognition is apparent that there was never a some one or other... pure complete spacious freedom...love shouting from and as everything.

FREEDOM...

              When the separate self me ends you are free to love.

LOVE...

   Love is not the result of someone, something or an experience. Love is your natural being without any doing, saying or becoming. You are lovable because you ARE love. All appearances are the reflection of love...Love is all inclusive regardless of the nature. Your body and all that you think are reflections of the love being that you are... you're not a reflection you are love itself. Love is eternal, infinite and boundless. You have so much more capacity than your separate self me could ever imagine! 

ARE...

You are LOVE. 

Do not seek love for that is what you are

Do not act as love for that is what you are

Do not choose love for that is what you are

Do not try to see others as love love is what you are

Love is never specialized 

Simply  LOVE IS WHAT YOU ARE.

Stop identifying and imagining that you are other than love and with this you will recognize great love which makes all things love worthy and lovable. You have never not been LOVE.

 

COMPANIONS...

   When separation ends me and mine stops also. The separate identity of yourself and others is no longer seen as different. The mine no longer exists as there is no ownership belonging to a separate self. There is only one self boundless infinite love. Compassionate peace are life's companions.Words are only pointers to where words do not exist. Remain open not to what guides you rather what you are... Compassionate peace in action and inaction.

 

OK...

  When the separate self identity falls away, dies, collapses...when this illusion is seen as an illusion the spontaneity of life is recognized in all appearances anew alive... your infinite boundless silent peace pervades every thing every action in every instant as it always has been.  

                         Life is OK even when everything is not OK. 

LIFE IS SPONTANEOUS...

    Separate self me always has an end result a goal in place when it is striving to accomplish anything. There is calculation, negotiation, risk and chance. Me can not live spontaneously as that would be viewed as irresponsible untrusted. Taking responsibility and control are it's 'go to' choices in the tool box in order to keep the separate me on track and safe. This is a never ending game of wins and losses, exhausting and tiresome. Recognizing life as spontaneous requires an inward self inquiry. Empty the tool box. If there is something needed it will arise spontaneously. Allow energy to naturally breathe through you. Separate self me will resist or become fearful but you already know separate self me is an illusion. Life is spontaneous it does not require an illusion of a separate self to control nor navigate it.

REST...

   Everything is an aspect of one reality both personal and impersonal, bias and unbiased all inclusive nothing excluded.This is not anything the mind can grasp it is an inner/outer knowing beyond the activity of mind indescribable with words yet complete 'Without/beyond a shadow of a doubt.' You know this...rest not in the quagmire of thoughts, feelings and actions rest in being not becoming.

 

WORDLESS STEPPING STONE...

 The observer/witness is like space, unaffected by what it contains. A helpful stepping stone in Self Inquiry is to be the observer/witness of your thoughts feelings and action .... the observer/witness like space remains unaffected by your thoughts, feelings and actions as observer/witness is simply present impartial and wordless. This undertaking is a start to see what you are not. If you can observe witness your thoughts, feelings and actions...this can not be you.

STEAD FAST INTEGRITY REQUIRED...

    When you are thinking, feeling and doing you are the separate self me unaware of your true nature. Self Inquiry is knowing yourself. You are not your thoughts feelings and actions. Observe, witness what you are not. Stead fast integrity required.

DIVE DEEP...

    Think of it this way...There is the world and world has a shadow. The shadow side represents the world of duality with billions of separate self me's living a life from birth to death. The world side represents complete absolute immeasurable unchanging peace love stillness no separation as life. The world and its shadow appear simultaneously regardless with what ever appears. The billion separate me's in the shadow side are asleep having over looked that they are the world itself! Asleep to its natural being of complete absolute immeasurable unchanging peace love stillness. Take a deep breath a deep plunge look inward where there is not a body and its thoughts representing you.

STRIVING...

   The separate self me in all its striving will always be looking for  results, the end game. Striving in and of itself is quite beautiful, like a toddler naturally beginning to move its body. Why the desire to gain something or to get some where? Desire for anything is going deeper down the rabbit hole. Let all striving arise from pure heart with no  righteous outcome and you may see love come gushing in and without!

Always ALL...

    All experiences have a beginning, what has a beginning will also have an ending relating to time, duration and space. You are not time bound and have no beginning nor an ending. All perceiving and doing are reflections of the one infinite boundless love. Just as a ripple in the water is always water. Keep it simple and rest in what you are. 

Simultaneously you are both the ripple and water...  Always All!

MEMORIES...

    Memories enable one for functioning. The separate self me uses memory not only for functioning but for identification of itself and others. Me positions itself out of memory and holds steadfast to memory past, present and an imagination for the future. Other than functioning, memory is the veil separation lives under. Look inward to this!

Pull Out All The Stoppers...

 If you have lost something that is precious to you or what has been lost holds a significant importance to you one invariably will look in earnest, pulling out all the stoppers to find it. This is the position of the seeker who seeks for the truth of what they truly are.

It is with an earnest in ward seeking pulling out all the stoppers that point to what you are not that may lead to the infinite boundless love that you are.

Life is all inclusive including the seeker who is lost in search of what is lost. Pull out all the stoppers! 

 

NOTHING IS INSEPARABLE FROM YOU...

    Everything appearing is inseparable from that which you are. All appearances and expressions mirror that which you are. Appearances and expressions are not the substance, you are. Like a shadow is to it's form...always there but a shadow is not the substance.

TIPS...

Practical tips for a healthier happier me are abundant every where.

Here are a few practical tips not for me.

Instead of saying: I see something, I hear something, I felt something... 

Instead say: something was seeing, something was hearing, something was feeling...

The activity/action of a personal perception is giving space for the (possibility) personal perception to recede into the back ground. 

 

LOVE...

    Unconditional love is not bound by time and space. Unconditional love is all inclusive prior, beyond and every apparent happening within time and space. It can not be known nor seen by a separate self me. Me can only embrace unconditional love as a concept.

   The lived experience of separation will only know special love as separation divides everything.

   Unconditional love is not a thing, feeling nor sensation to take possession of.

  Unconditional love is recognized as the sum of the whole when the energy of separation stops. There will be no separate you knowing nor recognizing this. There is simply the recognition that everything and no-thing is unconditional love. 

  

SEEING...IS PURE SEEING

 The energy of separation see's objectively... me and an other, all objects identified with meaning, purpose or an inquiry to know within time and space. Separate self/me conceptualizes from accumulated knowledge and experiences projecting images/ideas onto others and things. This is the  (not) seeing of separation. 

Seeing All whole complete infinite boundless unconditioned love is the natural way of seeing. There is no individual me that see's.

Seeing is pure seeing...

 

CHATTERBOX...

 "Let yourself be silently drawn by the stronger pull of what you truly                                         love." ~ Rumi

   You have this pull in you it has never stopped inching or thrusting you along. The separate self you will look in vein for love, never to find it. You are love. Seeking what you already are is hopeless. Can you see this? To be silent to be still is not inaction rather a ceasing of the illusional chatterbox stories that me thinks it owns.

KNOWING NOT REQUIRED...

    The idea that separation is an illusion carries no logic to a separate individual me. Me holds a steadfast position priding itself through accumulative knowing and/or understanding. Knowledge is power and revered in our culture. Who you are does not require one to be knowable as you already are.

DANCE OF LIFE...

       "How are you today...this moment?" she asks. 

            Inside there is only peace deep silence

       How do I respond to  'how am I today?'

           There is no today no moment no time no me 

       Out from my mouth a whisper says "I'm fine and you?"

   When separation ends the separate identity ends too. All perceptions, stories, habits, conditions, time they all collapse yielding as/into  unconditional love. The dance of life flows continually effortlessly infinitely within around through and from you never ceasing...never has not. 

WHAT'S MISSING...

    The individual separate me feels a sense of something missing or something needs to fulfill me. This leads to a seeker that looks to fill the missing gap. Me takes up a myriad of experiences that may or may not fulfill the 'missing' ... an endless pursuit in order to satisfy the missing. 'Whats missing' can arise in all relationships be it work, partner, family, friends, play, vocation etc.. With the energetic nature of separation lies a missing gap for all individuals. See this.
