   Who invites the separate self? Who invites the separate self to speak, act? Who invites the separate self to make decisions, have an opinion? Who invites judgement, avoidance, resistance? Who invites the right to be attached to a relationship, a circumstance? Who invites ownership of possessions? Who the hell invited thought!

   Knowing you are not in charge, the you meaning a separate self...begs the questions; 
Who is running the show? 
Who is choosing  sights, sounds, sensations each and every instant? 
If there is no separate self (and there is not) other than a mere thought, you must be having an amazing beautiful life (and you are)!

Knowing Yourself...

   How well do you really know yourself? I am sure you are familiar with your thoughts, patterns, habits, reactions, etc but do you really know who you truly are? Don't think about it! Thought knows nothing of who you are!  Your thoughts can only conjure up a story from conditioned thoughts of the past, imagined and future. I'll tell you the truth of who you are...You are the infinite spacious abundant LOVE that has never gone anywhere! Know that you know!
