What we call the world we live in is discovered to be a world of projected and believed thought(s). When we are in deep sleep, where do we go? In deep sleep there are no thoughts running to create a world of thought(s), thus there is no world, no personal I until you awake and thought kicks in again.

In Self inquiry one will discover there is only subject, there is  no subjective objective world...no thing is dependent on anything. It can be said there is an I, a oneness and here only subject is known.

Check in for yourself to see how one operates on thoughts of others and your own thoughts, you will discover that thoughts are running the show and your following the dance of thoughts step by step. Go inward, let thoughts pass. Make space for the true nature that you are!

Let everything soften...

Let all perceptions soften, let your thoughts soften, let your body soften...allow soft space to be present in-between the frames of thought.

Teaching...

Consciousness (Divine, Essence...what ever word works use) is teaching itself to awaken within the dream and you are Consciousness! Don't be fooled, you are the teacher/student here, it is truly, the only authentic teaching there is...and its free.

Meditation Diet...

Meditation is nothing more than managing the mind. We go on a health diet to manage the body why not go on a health diet to manage the mind...actually do both and the results will be amazing. Here are a few helpful health tips for the mind diet:

1) Recognize when you are in the personal I story, even if it is full on and you are running with it, recognizing creates space for something else to move through.

2) Recognize when you are about to respond/react to a personal I story, pull back (if you can) retreat, and see what arises when you do no-thing.

3) Watch thoughts and don't engage with thoughts, your body will naturally take care of all that it needs.

4) Recognize the desire to make someone, something or a situation better, accept was is. Fighting the tide is futile, it only creates more work, friction and heaviness.

5) Having a mantra helps the addiction to thoughts. When thoughts have you caught up in the personal I story go to your mantra, this will give the mind something to chew on.

6) Drop attachment to thoughts and memories. Thoughts and memories are fine, it is the attachment to them that causes suffering.
Happy dieting!

You Already Are...

You can not become anything because you already are.

The idea of becoming anything ensures the personal I is in charge, its roots are anchored and off one go's to becoming something with a tittle.

If there is a burning desire to become something it is best to do it and let this desire burn itself out. If you can see that desire is running to become something, watch it and see if you can detect where the desire is originating from within you. All thoughts of desire arise from a self-lacking thought. If truly seen you are opening to the freedom within.

You can not become anything because you already are. Know that you know.
