The search for an experience that will bring about a better me, a more complete me, an enlightened me is a futile search leading no where. When seen that separation is an illusion it is recognized that there was never anything lost nor is there anything to gain. Life always is complete...including an illusion.
No one recognizes this yet a recognition arises seeing that a separate me and its stories are a dream, an illusion.

Love is neither a subject nor object... love is already perfect, whole, pure requiring no description.
One could say 'walk in the way of unconditional love for that is what always is.'
Life presents as a story in separation...Life simply is with no story at all. These words are an attempt pointing to unconditional love...
The separate self me is never satisfied with what is as it see's what is as not good enough nor special enough and (or attempts) will come up with a story that changes, adds to, takes away, set right or a need to know more and want more with the appearance/circumstances of what is. The separate self me is in an endless game of story searching and storytelling with a need to be and feel satisfied...thus there are numerous ideas/concepts, practices, schoolings available to the me in order to attain or become something or have an experience that relates to its desires...lasting only for a limited time like a sale of goods with a limited offer. The beauty of the collapse, death of the separate me is that there was nothing ever to attain nor become or change in the first place.There is no separate self me. Your body, voice, ideas, thoughts along with everything else is simply and beautifully an absolute infinite expression.
Spirituality, organized religions, spiritual centers, the gym, careers, self me enhanced practices all offer goods to; improve, attain, forgive, repent, heal, help and surrender a me in order to become something other than what is. What is..is always enough for what is is already complete and whole. The me is an unsatisfied exhausting illusion.
The contracted energy of separation never really sits right with a personal me thus doing and needing are its choice allies. The personal self me is continually in relationship with itself and others making compromises, agreements, negotiations and deals.Whatever is arising already is perfect whole and complete needing no compromises, agreements, negotiations nor deals.The immediacy of life is complete as is.What is cannot be described nor is an experience, the personal self me that thinks its living life is not...an allusion is an illusion, not real.

The falling away, dismantling, the death of a separate self me happens on its own... No one is doing it. Me can stop trying to get it, do it, become it ... STOP, rest, breathe for no one and let life be... it already always is ;)
What appears is all there is, all appearances are already complete, whole with no lack. It does not need a me dictating what it is, nor construct a story of what is appearing.
When a contracted energy arises simultaneously separation appears as well, thus a sense of a separate conscious self, a me, an I am appears too and feels very real and solid along with everything else...The sense of a me/separate conscious self has no other place to go.
Separate self, me creates a series of stories of my life from a beginning to an ending. This contracted energy that arises with a sense of a separate self, me is an illusion, a dream along with all the stories. Me believes that what is appearing is occurring to me and thus takes ownership of everything that appears including thoughts, movement and feelings... beholden in a dualistic illusion.
Separation is an illusion. There is no lack. Everything appearing, registering with the senses is always already whole and complete...unconditionally love.
Separation is a dissatisfaction of what is already, from this dissatisfaction arises the desire or need to change what is already whole and complete.
The separate self me depends on knowledge for its existence. One might say that it's dependence on knowing is an addiction. Knowledge keeps the separate self me safe and informed in order to make good responsible decisions. The me will look to the cues of another's knowledge or from its's own. When separate self me stops the freedom of needing to know or understand stops as well...no more questions no more answers, pure equanimity. Life continues in the most ordinary/extraordinary ways as life has always already.
Everything appearing is both ordinary and extraordinary. What appears is, never becoming. Although the separate me mind will create a story full of detailed content with what is appearing that too will be what arises...ordinary and extraordinary.
Unconditional love requires nothing as everything already is unconditional love. The separate self me individual is not capable of understanding nor knowing unconditional love as the energetic nature of separation is split in two dependent on knowing and understanding... this too is unconditional love. So how does one go about not being separate? You don't. If there is a you there is separation. Unconditional love is the recognition that everything is full, immeasurable and absolute love for no one. Everything that arises has no edges, no boundaries and is completely free.
There is no returning to home, no coming home, no looking for home nor I want to go home...Home never leaves. Home is everything appearing and no thing simultaneously.
Home is always... as all ways.
Everything and anything can arise...Freedom is not owning what arises. No one is holding onto anything...
To the separate individual me, getting, going and returning appear to be the norm and a relative constant. When separation ends it is recognized that there was a no one separate individual me that went anywhere.
Life is both empty and full, movement, stillness, sound, soundless, etc. Life is fully and completely alive as it is always fresh. Life does not need a narrative, description, an analysis or comment ... What is is already whole, perfect boundless unconditional love
There is no one separate me that will know nor acknowledge when the energy of separation ends yet there is a recognition that separation is an illusion yet inclusively flawless in the infinite possibilities of life.
Home is everything, nothing, nowhere and everywhere. Home is not an understanding, knowing nor a location. Home is not contained as it is boundlessness itself. Home has no identity being everything, nothing, everywhere and nowhere. There are no words nor expressions that can define home... for whatever is happening, appearing is always home.
Rest, relax home never leaves.
The energetic nature of separation mask's the very aliveness that is already. Separation brings about cause and effect a need to own a story of right and wrong. Separation has a me, an I am conscious of, along with a pull to make things better or worse for the individual, it becomes a dire need to improve my life, make my life happier, healthier, safer, richer, abundant, peaceful and the need to know and understand etc... is the on going exhausting nature of separation. There is no my life. There is only life.
The energetic nature of separation seeks a reward within the idea(s) of doing and becoming. Regardless of its type of pursuit the Me, I am separate self will be on point for a particular or variable end result thus continuing and deepening the energetic nature of separation. Seeking and becoming appear yet they appear for no one.
Rewards and becoming only exist within the limited boundaries of separation through desire and what is being sought. There is only what is, complete equanimity in all appearances for no one.
The suggestion that this is a dream an illusion puts the separate self me in defense position. Me defends its solidity, territory and ownership of story including past, present and hopes of a future. Me uses time and history for its building blocks to what is, me uses the narrative of other stories to posture itself in ethics, morality, right, wrong, etc. Me registers itself through thoughts, feelings and emotions taking action on the barometer of how me thinks and feels. What could be said if there was never a separate me, self I am? What is life with no such thing as separation?
To immerse one's self in a spiritual practice or any practice with a desired outcome for better health and well being is merely the separate self me attempts to control and find solace...a measure that never lasts and eventually will shift and change like the tide. The idea of separation itself is a restless nature for sure.
Everything is both extraordinary and ordinary as one infinite expression including the idea that you're a separate individual.
What is does not change like the tide what is is changeless and yet appears as movement coming and going, arising and falling. What is is indescribable... a beautiful paradoxical mystery. There is no one immersing in anything. Life is a timeless wonderment!
We come together not to compete, not to be right, not to relate, not to inspire...we come together to be. Whatever is appearing, what ever is happening is all inclusive love, freedom appearing as what is...being. If naming and story arises separation is taking ownership of what is naturally being. Being is both ordinary and extraordinary.
Hide and seek is a game of (separation) the me, the I am, the personal self. There is nothing hidden and there is no seeker. Everything is as it is, nothing to gain and nothing to loose... A seeker sees a world of gain and loss as a it collects and dispels in attempts of keeping itself on an imagined assembled path, a throw to a better future... A hope in becoming other than what it is right now.
Wholeness, love and perfection does not live in the external world, it lives from ones wholeness, love and perfection thus seeing the world as so.
Without fail the me thinks, feels, believes that their are always possibilities to what is, completely overlooking that what is, is all there is. What is, is always perfect, whole unconditioned love...never an add on nor loss, not valued nor undervalued. The me's need to control anything is the me grasping to keep its illusional existence going.
Despite all the comings and goings of the external world there is an absolute recognition that there is only resting peace, no one experiencing resting peace just resting peace.
There is an obvious recognition in spite of horrific deeds and beauty that what is is everything and no thing. All appearances are both real and unreal it is only when there is a Me, a separate identity leading, navigating, manipulating for its own secure and continued identity is there suffering, gain and loss.
It is seen life is completely and beautifully unbiased, neutral when this illusion of a separate identity collapse's, falls away... An illusion does not exist. Everything continues but for no one :)
What is happening is all there is. There is no thing...only everything.
The peace/freedom/love that passes over all understanding is the recognition that nothing ever happened.
All unexplainable and unknowable yet perfectly recognized when the I am me falls away.
The I am me interjects possibilities, ideas to what is already whole, perfect and complete.
The deep rest one longs for is no more me/self. The freedom one seeks is for the no me/self to end. The peace one desires is to loose the me/self. Shhh, quiet I need to silent the mind....If I could just turn the me/mind switch to off even for a little bit maybe then I could have rest, freedom, peace and quiet.
We seek numerous experiences to attain, rest, freedom, peace and quiet...The very desire to seek for any of these is staring you in the face. Its a bit ironic that the ideas we conceptualize to bring about rest, freedom, peace and quietness is what is already the infinite, perfect, harmonious and pure. Everything and anything that arises and occurs IS unconditional wholeness love. The me/self is not apart from love, nor is separation apart from love. There is nothing apart from love...
The stillness, movement and chaos all arise unconditionally...unconditional love is all-inclusive, nothing is exempt. This is recognized not by the me/mind rather the recognition rests prior and beyond.
The loss of the separate self is what drops, dies, melts, snuffed out when seen. So too is all the baggage that goes with a separate individual me...the suffering and stories. Maybe felt as complete relief like air out of a large inflated balloon, or tight underwear finally discarded.
What appears to be revealed is unending immense unconditional love as everything and empty of separation, empty of a me.
The separate individual me see's life through an experience that it is happening to me... Identifying life as "what I experience(ed)."
In truth everything is utterly astoundingly simple, ordinary and alive with no experience or experiencer.
The flower, sky, wind, sun, bird, poop, hand, cup, hot dog etc. all simply alive as is.
The separate self me sees through a veil of conditioned experiential perceptions when in fact there is no separation thus no perceiver nor perception.....only timeless wonder as everything.
The separate individual me sees life as being on a path to something, to someone that will make it happy, successful, peaceful or less stressful, less painful, less disappointment etc....the good news is Life is life with no path or journey to take!
Process is a result of something... a series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a particular end. Awakening is not a process, if it were you would have the manual. An individual me cannot stop seeking as seeking is its very nature leap frogging from one experience to another. Now what... leap frog with no ownership.
When recognized that you are everything simultaneously it is also recognized that you are nothing...both empty and full. Here in lies undisturbed peace. Seeking for this is like driving on a round about with nowhere to get off... the illusion of separation/separate self apparently falls away with no intention, process nor desire... if it did I would write you a prescription right now! To be at peace with what is does not require thinking or not thinking...sense everything and nothing is All...what ever you are doing or not doing, where ever you are or wish you were it is all OK.
