Self-Realize...

    A direct, experienced discovery of who you truly are is often referred to as Self-Realization, Awakening, Awareness, Enlightenment, etc. It is not a realization of the personal I knowing the truth.  In the direct "knowing" there is no personal self. This discovery is just the beginning. Who you are is there all the time as you are infinite, so let breath relax the body/mind and open to your natural Self! We Self- Realize all the time...we just don't recognize our true nature... trust that you will!
