To be who you truly are requires absolutely nothing ... this is the honest truth.
Your beauty is in everything you see, hear, smell and touch ... this can only be. There is no separation from any of it. If it were separate than there would be an I and there is none.
Each body, form, experience is manifested from the cause less joy that you are. What is in you is no different than what is outside of you. The "I" would like you to believe otherwise...don't buy into it.
Do you really want to hold onto the belief that you are a personal "I" separate and suffering? You don't have to.
What you let go of is what you are not.
