Letting Go...what is this really?

Letting Go...we have all heard this term in one way or another. Sounds simple, but until you  know what your attached to, you can't let go.  It requires a real earnest look at what thoughts/beliefs you are attached too. You may not recognize attachments at first or you may see instantly what your attached too and don't feel like "letting it go." Very good, that is a truth.

LETTING  GO


It is through the mind-thought system that we become attached in the first place, we are taught this at a very early age. The concept of "letting go" is often referred to as an unlearning. What is exciting here is that when we seriously inquire into a thought/belief we are attached to, that is creating a certain outcome and we get it, meaning we truly can identify with the original thought that we are attached to that is directly connected to an outcome, in that moment there is an instantaneous (potential) of “letting go” and there arises an opening within you. You feel it, an opening of lightness, like a snail that no longer needs to house itself in the existing shell...free!
