LIVING AS LOVE...

 When immeasurable infinite love swells within and beyond your story landscape of life you will desire nothing else but to live from this ground.

                    The heart of compassionate presence.

                    The heart of compassionate joy.

Your written contract  of the heart is always available to review, recommit ... it's gentleness is ever present whispering to you!

LOSS...

 It is said "To know love one must know loss as well"

This is true in a world of separation I - You... We - They

Loss only arises when there is a concept of having and owning in your landscape

To have you will lose

To own you will lose

Sometimes a loss is delightful 

But for most a loss (temporary or not) causes innumerable distress 

Loss is a worldly human condition of separation.

Loss is the antithesis of Love only when there is a you who claims to have and own.

Love knows no loss as Love is inclusive. The experience of loss can happen within the arms of

Love but LOVE itself knows no loss for Love is not tethered to having and owning. 

It's within you ... to recognize you have never not been100% Love... ;)

EMPTY ALIVENESS RESTFUL NOTHINGNESS...

 When referring to words like...empty aliveness restful and nothing...these words are often used to express a sense when the separate self me identity stops... showing there is no construct of an individual inside the body, no identity with a story from within the body, no identity with a subject object world yet the subject object expressions remain as a story but for no one ... This is also recognized as true for all other's. 

Daily living and communications carry on as before except there are no longer entanglements of a story held onto by a separate self me inside the body.

May "empty aliveness restful and nothingness" unveil today!

YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN A STORY...

Life in a dream of time creates storytelling from one's past, future and  present...the believed idea of this timeline is the springboard that declares I am a separate individual apart from others and objects.

Life as you truly are is inseparable boundless immeasurable unconditioned love including the dream of time and all its stories.

You have never been a story ...You are perfect just as you are!

BREATHE REST RELAX...

 To know yourself through the senses, feelings, experiences and accumulative knowledge is a limited view within a dream "I am a separate individual apart from others, things and the world at large." 

Each individual has a heart felt call to: be better, get better, erase wrongs, right wrongs, erase guilt/shame, erase pain...vigilant to victimhood or perpetrator.

This identity over shadows, veils a life lived in opposites to what naturally IS.

Breath rest relax this dream identity exists within what you are...Not as an individual yet expressed as an individual as LIFE itself. There's nothing to get nothing to gain nor understand nothing to become. 

You are living LIFE itself! Breathe rest relax...LOVE YOU!

REFLECTIONS...

 All of life is a reflection of what you are...Infinite possibilities lay at the heart of reflections. With all reflections is being... without naming.

KNOWING KNOWS NO KNOWER...KNOWING

The me authority is a mis mark, a dream an illusion. The I am here, the I know is a missed mark.

If the above words are valid then who am I?

Is it possible that there is no I am, no me I believe myself to be?

If this is so...then who is it that knows?

Does one need a knower for appearances?

Is it possible that there is no knower knowing but only what is appearing... including a knower that believes it knows?

 

LOVE YOU...

The only illusional dream is... You think you are a separate self.

When the illusional dream ceases it is recognized the separate you does not exist other than in an illusional dream. In other words a separate identity is not real.

Daily life continues completely fulfilled, no longer weighted down by a me filtering, constructing, projecting nor perceiving a separate subject object world.

The above words can be imagined and known not by a separate identity mind but rather an intuitive unlearned sense...not the words themselves but rather the energy that the words impart.

   The dream of separation (Im here and your there) is a continuous flux of pleasure pain purpose uncertainty inspiration meaning ok-ness anxiety exhaustion...all leading to checks and balances (if your lucky).

All the while this dream appears, simultaneously the never ending nor  beginning is life itself with no exclusions including you!

Pure Still Silent Peace You is blooming morphing dying re-emerging with and as infinite possibilities!

There are no set rules nor boundaries to life...Love is all encompassing and inclusive...nothing is left out nor ever lacks...even the dream of separation is Love. 

You have never been left out ❤️

LIFE LINE...

             Love unconditionally is your uninvited life line. 

Always there singing, humming, shouting, whispering to you.

Smile your life line as never left you!

LIFE MIRAClOUSLY UNFOLDS...

 Why does one do anything? 

Because its just, the right thing to do, makes sense, because you researched it, I have too no one else will, always wanted to, its my job, my responsibility, my lot in life, it pays the bills, I was told to, guilt, etc...

My favorite response  to this question is when you ask a child "Why did you do that?" and their response is  "I don't Know."

Do we really know why we do anything other than a conscious thought that feels like an answer a direction?

When the separate identity ceases it's clear that you have never made any choices or decisions nor has anyone else. Sounds crazy to a separate individual who works hard at making the right choices, decisions to stay a float and centered on a path...And yet if revealed it is seen that no one has ever made a choice or decision, life's norm simply appears to unfold day in and day out miraculously as it always has!

OUT OF NOTHING IS LIFE...

 Everything is instantly anew out of nothing. The separate self me attempts to positions itself to be present, stay present...working at this exercise in order to be more fully present is another trap for a me identity to remain separate with something to do. The idea of being present is an action in hopes for a happier more peaceful more centered me. There is no present moment. Everything is instantly anew out of nothing.

ALIVE and UNFILTERED

 The me sees something hears something touches something tastes something smells something etc...always something from itself for itself. This is how the energetic nature of separation exits...sensory experiences.

 When the identity of a separate self me stops... seeing hearing touching tasting smelling continues as before but for no singular separate self... The senses are brilliantly alive and unfiltered (as they always have been)!

MISTAKEN IDENTITY...

 Uninterrupted freedom rests at the core of who you are with your present persona infinitely in all ways...it is never otherwise.

An identity that you're separate from others, objects and a separate individual is a baseless belief of misidentification.

Aquire ...Dog chasing its tail...

 The separate individual goes through great effort to attain to acquire adding to itself in order to become ... peaceful unconditionally loving restful enlightened Godlike Godesslike etc...

 The separate self me lives in the dream/illusion of a subject object world/life. Me as the subject and objects as everything outside of me.

 The me is driven by the need to survive...So me continually seeks to acquire in order to have a better sense/feeling of itself in relation to the world outside of itself. All acquirements lead to a temporary satisfaction that will end only to be replaced by another desire to acquire. Its exhausting much like the dog chasing its own tail. 

All there is is life appearing to happen exquisitely whole and complete.

Nothing Here For Me...

  When the separate self me collapses it is seen that there is nothing here for me. Seen is the fullness of life as unconditional love with nothing excluded. Simultaneously there is an emptiness that is completely free. 

    When separation as a separate self me ceases life as one knows it dose not abruptly end and most likely you wont be "walking on water."

   Rather an acknowledgement arises that you have a body with a unique persona but not of the body (absent of any idea that you are separate).

 Your every thought action feeling past present and future indisputably remains unchanging as whole complete infinite love. The separate energetic tension has dissolved vanished...freedom now rests as life itself. An illusion/dream has been dispelled.

Your life carries on often with immense compassion as there is no one (me) telling you otherwise. All thoughts feelings and actions come and go untethered... you are at ease as infinite love is all inclusive.

EASY...

    How does one live with a deep sense of knowing there is no separation and yet ones life does not reflect this inner knowing with no experience to define it so. The simple response is; 'there is no you'...and in this 'there is no you' there is no other. 

   The separate individual needs to identify with an experience to know that this is true... to know that this IS reality. That experience that the separate self me is looking yearning for will never happen.When the identity of a separate self me ceases it is obvious that everything is as it is and it is also beautifully empty of any psychological interpretation. 

Breathe easy... go easy... move easy... speak easy and smile easy.

      Observing the mechanics of a body is spell bounding! 

Observing the mechanics of your body is pure aliveness!

Observing movement is breathlessly precious...stillness in motion!

BEING...

 Being is effortless. Any attempt at trying to BE requires effort.

Alive Freedom..

 Such irony in 'the earnest vigilant seeker to become enlightened with permanence'... how I would have described myself... Only to discover that it was the earnest vigilant seeker that hid the enlightened permanence!

Cannot really say who/what discovers this as the end of separation is synonymous with the end of a separate identity as the body. In words it is an experiential story in reality it simply is what IS...a Love that is all inclusive a totality of everything with no exclusions. All the meaning, purpose and value in a subject object world stops. Yet the subject object world continues as before only now without a knower, a commentator or an opinionator ...an alive freedom. Its seen that the separate self me is an illusion... was never the navigator in the first place. 

In other words life is perfect exactly as it IS...The separate self me will tell you otherwise as an illusion is a mistaken impression.

LOVE HAS NO FLIP SIDE...

    Speaking is a response or speaking is responding. In functionality it is naturally pragmatic to speak in order to get things done on a day to day basis. Other than this what does one really have to say. Judgements opinions come and go like a breath. On the flip side... there is beauty in conversing the pure joy of language spilling from your tongue. The excitement of sharing a story or an idea....the delivery of sad bad news. The language of silence often speaks louder than words. 

Think about it... speak about it... silent about it...There is no flip side to LOVE as it is all inclusive.

Can you do what your doing without a story running in your head?

When responding to anything can you respond without a story? 

Can you let a story just be a story with no value or significance?

 

MIRACLES...

    The separate self me will desire and/or pray for miracles regarding specific situations with specific outcomes.... completely blinded that ALL of life is a miracle! Regarding miracles...go All big and see what has never left home.
