What appears as an obstacle to discovering the truth is the running belief that you are separate.
Separate from another, separate from nature, separate from everything. Mind tells us I am here and you are there, this is here and that is there. Viewing life through the lens of duality the phenomenal world will always appear separate with an identity and location within time and space. However the one exception to this is your mind! As the mind has never been located....and yet one uses the mind for identification, location, concepts, etc.. Think (tee, hee) on this, breathe gently, relax, be quiet and go deep within. Does it make sense to use and trust a mechanism that has never been located to define who you are? Define your world?
The deep understanding/knowing that you are not separate, allows you, as life itself to meet all circumstances in the position of love, understanding, compassion with a deep trust that all is OK.
