What you are is already here, now. What you think you are is not.

Do not place your attention on what is being seen but rather that seeing is taking place.
Do not place your attention on what is being heard but rather that hearing is taking place.
Do not place your attention on knowing but rather that knowing is taking place.
Do not place your attention on a thought but rather that a thought is taking place.
Do not place your attention on a feeling but rather that a feeling is taking place.
Do not place your attention on a sensation but rather that a sensation is taking place.
Directing your attention inward to your own awareness is freedom itself!

Empty Your Toy Box...

   It takes great effort and practice to be a separate self. One can work many life times working on creating a separate self improved, more sincere, more powerful, more loving, kinder, body beautiful , smarter, more clever, more creative, popular, respected, accomplished, etc. All this takes such great pain and effort...all the while it is a an erroneous you! Empty your toy box of becoming anything! Breath, relax, smile and let life flow as you already are...it is effortless.

   If you would say throughout your day, I love this moment exactly as it is, no matter what the experience may be; resistance, anger, fear, happiness, laughter, anxiety, pain, sorrow, impatience, frustration, tears, etc., just say I love this moment exactly as it is, you will discover an amazing day. Try it! Live with this love it's what you are! 

Always, Already...

You are always, already prior to any thought, feeling, sensation.
You are already, always prior to any thought, feeling, sensation.
                                      Confirm this!

Who's Who...

   Who is choosing your spiritual path? Who is saying  "this resonates for me." Your egoic nature (the one that believes your a separate entity) must cease, end, snuff out, kaputt! Yearn even more with a burning desire to wake up...otherwise you will continue be deluded by  your egoic nature, continue to be entertained by your spiritual path and continue to ride the carousel.

Arrogance...

   All arrogance stems from one belief, I am a separate self. All conflict, problems and hate stem from one belief, I am a separate self. Confirm this.

STOP...

Stop turning away from your pure silence. Stop running from your pure stillness... No need to become anything when you already are.
Enjoy your roles but stop believing to be other than you are!

   Your mind can only attack an idea you have of yourself, it can never attack the truth of who you are because your mind is not capable of knowing the truth. What resonates the truth for you comes from the heart not the mind, confirm this.
