Suffering...

   All suffering arises from a series of thoughts and feelings. If you could for a 1/2 hour, an hour, 1/2 day or all day let your thoughts and feelings come and go, returning to the aware moment at hand you will begin to know yourself as peace... Peace is what is there when your attention is no longer focused on thoughts and feelings. Peace is what you are... you are not a sufferer.
