One thought...

    All life as you know it from the personal I (ego) perspective arises from one thought "I am separate." I am this and you are that.

    This one thought; ensures a world of suffering, gives way to causes and effects, subjects and objects... out of this one singular thought "I am separate" this world is created. And as long as the "I am separate" thought is running and believed in there will always be the diversity and suffering that appears to exist now.
