It can seem crazy, radical, mind blowing when you discover that you are not who you thought you were.
And yet it will also seem as if you have always known, because you have.
Seeing that you are not your thoughts, is a breaking down of all concepts and beliefs you ever had. This understanding can be like an unfurling, peeling away or it can come as a bang...for most it will be an un-layering of concepts and beliefs. The good news is that once the crack has occurred it only gets wider! Mind has a lot of traps and the personal I, the me (ego) dose not give up so easily... remind yourself that you are not your thoughts...no matter how important the thought may be. Watch and see the personal self, the me, identifying with thought, when you do, do nothing, let the thought pass by without judgement.
