MAKES NO SENSE...

   Separate self me lives from one experience to another  through thoughts, feelings, perceptions and projections. Perhaps at some point one gets exhausted chasing ideas to feel better realizing the futility of it all left with a sense of hopelessness. Separation always seeks to make sense to understand, to know, dramatically fluctuating its position when it dose not know or understand. 

   What is makes no sense and can not be understood with stock plied  knowledge by your mind nor a practice of any kind. The ending of separate self me is also the ending of all separation. What is known dose not arise from accumulative knowledge rather from other. 

 

APSENT ME...

    The absence of the separate individual me gives rise to no value nor attention to any thoughts that come and go... the illusion of separation stops and what always is is alive as/with life.

WHAT'S ALIVE....

    Everything is alive! Everything is simply what is without a knower 

                               interpreting and commenting.... :)

LIMITLESS EVERYTHING...

    Unconditional love is boundless, immeasurable as it is everything...Seen and unseen, heard and soundless...Unconditional love is limitless everything. 

  Personal individual love is a desire to satisfy the me. Personal love is a limited fixed position with projected ideas of what love is and/or can be.

EMPTINESS...

    Emptiness is not a feeling. It is the word often used when the energy of a separate self me stops. There is no longer a critic, spoke person nor opinionator...thus a resounding emptiness simply is. Separation fills a life for the me needs, wants and desires continually...its exhausting. Life is life truly empty of all separate self me's.

STEP OUT OF THE WAY...

    Step out of your own way as there is a discovery that everything is is good enough just the way things are. When separate self me ends so do thoughts that give rise to fear and anxiety....no one there to criticize nor analyze a dam thing! Step out of your own way... Your body and its unique expression does just fine without a me...Step out of the way ;)

 

EMPTINESS...

    Emptiness is the freedom longed for. To be free from ownership of entangled thoughts, feelings and what they invoke. 

Emptiness is the very essence of what is, undefinable, unknowable yet wholly complete... for what is is everything and no thing (without subject/object).

The separate self me does not have the capacity to see this as it is bound by the limitations of separation, in search of, a part from, a split with everything being a subject/object living in a subjective/objective illusory world.
