Step out of your own way as there is a discovery that everything is is good enough just the way things are. When separate self me ends so do thoughts that give rise to fear and anxiety....no one there to criticize nor analyze a dam thing! Step out of your own way... Your body and its unique expression does just fine without a me...Step out of the way ;)
Emptiness is the freedom longed for. To be free from ownership of entangled thoughts, feelings and what they invoke.
Emptiness is the very essence of what is, undefinable, unknowable yet wholly complete... for what is is everything and no thing (without subject/object).
The separate self me does not have the capacity to see this as it is bound by the limitations of separation, in search of, a part from, a split with everything being a subject/object living in a subjective/objective illusory world.
There are no books, no teachers, no teaching that sit upon a pedestal
There is nothing that sits upon a pedestal unless a me puts it there. Separate self me engages in a subject object world creating positions of how it fits into me's thoughts and feelings. As nothing is separate there is only complete equanimity...this is not understood nor known in what me thinks in knowledgable terms...when the separate self me ends it is seen simply as so.
Identify with nothing. No self, person, place or thing. Identify with nothing. No thought, sight, feeling, taste nor sound. Identify with nothing. It's possible without identity separation stops.
The seeking me looks for an answer that it will never know. Me maintains a profile with earnest endeavors leading to temporary moments of awe and no where...it is a cyclical game. What ever is appearing, happening is the peace longed for, it is peace that passes all knowing and understanding. This is why the seeking me, a contracted energy of separation has no lasting moments of awe and gets no where. Only separation appears through the lenses of separation.
In other words what is longed for is neither inside of you or outside of you it is everywhere and nowhere.
Me never returns home. Separate self me goes to great lengths creating a space for peacefulness, harmony, meditations, quietness etc., all for the me to attain...something. What is home never arrives nor never leaves. Home is a constant of everything and nothing (everything because what is, is complete equanimity and nothing because what is, is indescribable). Me may take solace in these words but it will never be home nor know home. Celebrate! what ever is, is home ;)
There is an ease when seeking ends. Inward and outward movements both cease to be a problem to fix or something to acquire, it is recognized that all movement and stillness are one in the same. There is no separation.
