No Identity...

    Identify with nothing. No self,  person, place or thing. Identify with nothing. No thought, sight, feeling, taste nor sound. Identify with nothing. It's possible without identity separation stops.

No Peace for Me...

     The seeking me looks for an answer that it will never know. Me maintains a profile with earnest endeavors leading to temporary moments of awe and no where...it is a cyclical game. What ever is appearing, happening is the peace longed for, it is peace that passes all knowing and understanding. This is why the seeking me, a contracted energy of separation has no lasting moments of awe and gets no where. Only separation appears through the lenses of separation.

In other words what is longed for is neither inside of you or outside of you it is everywhere and nowhere.

HOME...

   Me never returns home. Separate self me goes to great lengths creating a space for peacefulness, harmony, meditations, quietness etc., all for the me to attain...something. What is home never arrives nor never leaves. Home is a constant of everything and nothing (everything because what is, is complete equanimity and nothing because what is, is indescribable). Me may take solace in these words but it will never be home nor know home. Celebrate! what ever is, is home ;)

 

EASE...

    There is an ease when seeking ends. Inward and outward movements both cease to be a problem to fix or something to acquire, it is recognized that all movement and stillness are one in the same. There is no separation.

Yesterday... Today ...Tomorrow...

 Separate me lives in yesterday, today and tomorrow. Me lives in time and story owning all it's experiencing as happening to me. 

Whats suggested is that there is no separation and in that there is no me, time, story, ownership...simply put there is only ever what IS. 

What IS can appear as; an experiencer with experience’s, a flower,  cloud, slug, an apple, anything and everything. What IS is indescribable as it is everything...all inclusive nothing excluded.                     What IS is unconditional love...complete freedom.

No Beginnings and Endings...

   All separation has a beginning and an ending. The separate individual lives a life through beginnings and endings filling the in-betweens  with story. 

  When the energy of a separate self stops, what is, could give a sense that suddenly the floodgates of heaven are opened and unconditional love comes rushing in...In time it is recognized that unconditional love is all there has ever been.

 

WHAT IS...

 What is, is infinitely available to all individuals. With a felt sense of separation one lives in an illusional world of division, separation and unequal events. Separate energy brings about a me living through a deep rooted story where me is always the central figure.

One can not get closer nor further from what is...what is never departs nor changes. Even the separate me is... what is!
