Freedom...

The greatest freedom one can know is the freedom from believing that you are a separate self. True freedom is not dependent on outcomes of any kind.
Freedom is peace ... if this is what you are seeking then let it be a priority above all else...your ernest vigilance will lead the way!

Clarity...

Clarity can only arise when you no longer see value in your separate identity, in your separate thoughts about yourself and others. When you ask for 'clarity' drop your self!

No Story, No History, No Image...

Know yourself without a story
Know yourself without history
Know yourself without an image
Know yourself!
In other words just Be... without story, history, image...

Grace or Dis-Grace...

One can write volumes around their personal experiences and say this is me....but very little can be written about the nature of your true being, your true self. One either sees and expresses from grace or dis-grace. Where do you rest with this?

No Problems...

Your thoughts are not a problem...believing that they're real is a problem. Let all thoughts come and go, stay empty and from here you will know stillness.

Grace...

There is no waiting, no needing to get it, no practice to make you better, no future when it will happen...You are already an awakened, enlightened Being. It is not a separate you that is the awakened, enlightened Being that I am referring too, your natural self simply moves through your form in all expression....even now. It is the truth that you must lose yourself to find your self. You literally walk out of the life you thought you were. From here you know yourself as walking, talking grace!

You cannot not be who you truly are you can only be asleep to the truth.

Know that you Know...

If you know you are not your thoughts, then do you agree that you are not a mind? If you know that there would not be less of you if you lost a limb, or sensation (sight, hearing, tasting etc)...then why does one spend so much time cultivating what is not you?
