Always light...

   Day light may be at its shortest interval this time of year but know the light within you is always shinning, always bright and always there...there can never be a shortage of your light!

Like the sun thats always shining...so are you!

Gift of Time...

You are and always will be the infinite I Am, the sum of the whole.

Everyone you see...I AM.
Everyone you hear...I AM.
Everyone you touch...I AM.
Everything you smell...I AM.
Everyone you love...I AM.
Everyone you like...I AM.
Everyone you hate...I AM
Everyone that annoys you...I AM.
Every object you see...I AM.
Every landscape...I AM.
Everything you taste...I AM.
Every thought...I AM.
Every sensation...I AM.
Every feeling...I AM.

Its OK to practice who you truly are, in fact above all else commit to it...Now is your gift in time to wake up and expand your Being! 

Ps Of course we all know this, our job now is to remind each other.

Gift YourSelf...

   One is so easily distracted, by thought, circumstances, emotions, sensations, responses, etc...Why not gift YourSelf and stay with the changeless One that you are! Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays...

Changeless...

   You are prior to all that moves, changes and thinks. Spend your time with the You that is prior. In time you will recognize that the prior You is your home and that this is who You have always been...it will feel more natural than your conditioned personal self...that is if you can remember that one!

Ps You will be able to focus on prior You throughout your daily work and routines, if you are focused outwards gently turn your focus inward on the prior You...the Changeless, unbound You!

Focus...

   Focusing on Being rather than your circumstances is knowing that thoughts, sensations and feelings ARE your circumstances...

Clue:You are prior to thoughts, sensations and feelings! 

Prioritize...

      Your circumstances will always show you a reflection of your state of being (mood, attitude, etc). Focus and prioritize your state of feeling, attitude and overall being at all times and watch the reflection!

Ps Take your cues from your being not your circumstances.

Stop Chasing Your Tale....

   All memories and experiences can never define who you are, the 'thinking' mind of thoughts that you believe defines who you are leads only down a rabbit hole...chasing a tale. It must be seen that thoughts come and go and the one that is aware that thoughts come and go does not! The tendency, dependency, comfort and believability in defining your self as thoughts is a conditioning that needs to be recognized...loosen your identity with memories and experiences and the light that you are increases ten fold and a new authentic expression unfolds!!!

Ps Remember that you know, who you truly are has never left you nor can ever leave you! The same you at birth is the same you now...changeless, ever present, peace, love, joy, YOU!
