You can not miss the thing from which you are not separate.

     When your mind drops into your heart you will know. Let your self defrost, soften...your body mind comes and goes but that which see's does not. Do not look to the outside world for peace, freedom, love, happiness...it can not give it. When your mind sinks deep into the heart you will see that you have been the peace, freedom, love and happiness all along!

Worthy...

     Are you worthy to awaken, be enlightened? Yes!!!! Sense you are already awake, enlightened find out where unworthiness may be hanging out within. Dig deep and see where lack and unworthy beliefs have set up  'squatter's rights' within ... once these beliefs are seen they will disappear ... that is unless you love having a relationship with them. You are always worthy to be always happy!

Awareness...

   It is your own awareness that is perceiving all things. It is your own awareness that is aware of the bodies movement, sensations, feeling and thoughts. It is your awareness that is perceiving through out your day, each and every instant...Your awareness is aware of your eyes opening and closing, your breath, all happenings. Rest in your own awareness and you will come to know that there is only awareness Itself!

Discovery...

   Every thing comes and goes. Find the one within that does not come and go. Here you will know and taste freedom, love, stillness, bliss, joy. Do not overlook that which you naturally are!

Always here now...

       You are always here, now. Deeply know this in your heart.
   Your thoughts come and go yet you are always here now not coming and going.
   Your waking body moves continually yet you are always here now unmoved.
   What you see, hear, taste, touch is always changing yet you are always here now unchanging.
   Your mind is always on the move yet you are always here now unmoved.
   What is or who is the you that is always here now?

Grow...

   Do not grow old, grow up! Your awareness is always present, unborn and timeless. Your awareness is untainted, immeasurable and still. There is no waiting for this as your awareness already is.
