A Dream...

What the world presents to you is a dream...even the awakening, enlightenment, self realization, all happens within the dream.

Who you are has never left you...

If what life presents is disturbing you in any way...you are identified with the personal separate self. You are only knowing yourself to be separate and all is personal. Can you see that you are holding onto a concept that you are separate and the separate you has separate thoughts being believed? If you can see this...there will be a space in you known from the source of who you truly are and you will sense the peace that you are....this has never left you...you are that peace.

What you know....

If you can watch your thoughts, be aware of your thinking mind...than you must know that you are not your thoughts...

Workings of Thought...

    No matter what thought spits out, throws your way or is in your face with ... you are not your thoughts.  A reaction, stance, defense, justification with thought will only ensure your identity with thought and keep the belief running that you are a separate self. Investigate and discover the workings of thought and see how thought runs like a continual loop all day long. Mind doesn't matter what thoughts are running, mind is a program that can only run thoughts. All thoughts are fleeting, impermanent with no real substance, they are just thoughts from memory past, future or imagined. And you are none of this. Who am I without thought? Ahhh here is the true beginning of Self inquiry!

Turn Within...

   When we are lost driving we stop and look within for clearer directions from a map, another person or cyber directions. The same applies when you are aware that you are lost in knowing the truth of who you truly are...stop looking out there go within as the answer lies there and only there.

   No one, no thing, no book, no retreat, no teaching can bring you to the truth... only you can discover this for yourself. Self is teaching self to wake up!

Shake it Off...

    How do you shake off what you know is not really you...stop being interested in thought. It's that simple.
