You are always present. Regardless of distractions, absent mindedness you are always here and now. Everything you do, think feel is the present moment, the here and the now. This does not need to recognized by a you, it is the obvious. Breathe rest into this.
Seeking never ceases for the separate individual, it is its life line. Seeking is a foothold for a (somewhat) secure position. The internal desire to know infinite love, peace, rest are all seeking symptoms of a separate me self. Seeking alone keeps the dream (illusion) on going.
How or when a separate me self identity ends is a mystery, it can happen at anytime, place or space. Do not fall for the "waiting" for the me to end for that is a me in seeking too, a common trap.
Be just as you are in all its imperfections, the love that you are over rides any thoughts/doubts you have of as a me. Onward!
When life feels sad beyond words and concepts internally and externally, know that your inherit true self is compassion. Compassion can not be forced nor learned for that is what you already are.
Any layers you think or believe that hide/cover your compassion are false. Walk in the way of the compassionate being that you are. This dream needs this!
As love is all encompassing one must see that love is the mundane and the exciting, the hate and the compassion, the angry and the peace. Unconditional love is not a knowing it is being...And you are that Being! You need not do nothing as you already are.
Love...the word used to describe everything. The separate self can only know love as a definitive term as it relies on ideas, interpretations as knowing.
Love is everything is not knowable, it is a felt sense without doubt.
This felt sense without doubt is with you always, it has never left you.
Everything you think of as you is love!
There is no one nor one thing that is the center of everything. Every being and thing is a messenger of love, expressed in a gazillion ways. We tend to be moved by a named experience of love in nature, others, music, art, activity, etc...Overlooking what is right under our nose (including the nose)... Everything is a messenger of love. Enjoy your day giving and receiving messages of love!
Your are love and love is always lovable.
