CONVERSATION...

S -Letting go of separation does not work (letting go of anything for that matter) as separation is not real nor is the you who desires 'to let go.'

M -But how can one stop this separation nonsense?

S -Drop the idea that you are a separate individual along with others as separate individuals.

M -Easier said than done! I can think this but don't experience it.

S - Can you see that the separate individual you wants an outcome with dropping the idea of a separate individual and separate others?

M- hhhhmmm yes.

S -Separate self me is always seeking an experience to validate it knows, it is its 'feel good' place its operative to know. Have said many times this is not a knowing of the intellect. There is no wrong or right here. Everything is whole complete including our conversation. All things and I mean ALL things are love, there is nothing that is not.

M -I'm not sure where to go with any of this.

S - There is no where to go no distance as everything Is... Love. It is stillness beyond stillness. Every breath, every tear, every poop and pee. All functioning is boundless unlimited love. You cannot experience it as you are already this effortlessly continually. Your true nature requires nothing.

M -Ok thank you.

S -Your welcome love. 

 

AVOID THE DETOURS...

    All your personal history, conditioning, thoughts, feelings concepts and perspectives are a detour from the truth keeping one in bondage.  

If it is seen that your conditioning, thoughts, feelings, concepts and perspectives are just that and nothing more...you've taken steps to loosen the grip ;)

  "Break on through to the other side" lyrics by the Doors sounds about right.When the separate self me becomes disoriented, confused with seeking it meets a breaking point where it is no longer in control, can not compute and often shuts down leaving a sense of confusion, disorientation.... this discomfort is a welcoming call to the seeker...a possibility to "break on through to the other side." Recognize these moments and do nothing. Merry On!

INTIMATE LOVE...

   What Is is the most intimate of intimacy... even these words are an understatement. Real Love is not even close to what me encounters as a love of; relationship with another, itself, animals, nature, music literature, art, foods, experiences etc.. When the personal self me drops infinite love's perfume seeps in everywhere to the familiar home that has never left... always here. 

You are not daft, separation merely overlooks what Is as separation can only see separateness.

    

FREEDOM...

Loosen the Shackles...

    Complete peace, wholeness, stillness lies within to think otherwise is  mis marked. This recognition does not arise from personal experience nor attained knowledge, this recognition is prior and beyond all knowing and not of time. Past, present and future times are the engines that keep the me engaged in pursuit of something better, something to gain. 

See this and loosen the shackles!

Effortless Dance...

   Everything is always already whole and complete arising as love from love. It is impossible for the illusion of a separate self me to see this as separation see's me and an other, always divided. If any effort is there it will be from an illusory separate self me no matter how earnest or heart felt. Life, your life dances effortlessly...this is recognized when the illusion, dream of a separate self me ends. There is nothing separate so there can not be a separate you. Separation is an idea and nothing more. 

Check in on how many times me claims ownership to thoughts and feelings that arise.

The Doer...

 As long as one believes they are the doer, one is bound to separation.

INFINITE LOVE...ALWAYS

   The mind will never find infinite love that permeates all there is and is not. Always here, never lost, never left. Separate self me is a veil of edges always seeking the always.

 

EVERTHING ARISES SPONTANEOUSLY...

    Everything arises spontaneously. Separate self me overlooks this with a perspective to control, taking a position to understand, gain knowledge, reject, accept, etc... Everything arises spontaneously empty of all 'gobbly gook.'
