LIFE...

    The energetic nature of separation mask's the very aliveness that is already. Separation brings about cause and effect a need to own a story of right and wrong. Separation has a me, an I am conscious of, along with a pull to make things better or worse for the individual, it becomes a dire need to improve my life, make my life happier, healthier, safer, richer, abundant, peaceful and the need to know and understand etc... is the on going exhausting nature of separation. There is no my life. There is only life.

EQUANIMITY...

    The energetic nature of separation seeks a reward within the idea(s) of doing and becoming. Regardless of its type of pursuit the Me, I am separate self will be on point for a particular or variable end result thus continuing and deepening the energetic nature of separation. Seeking and becoming appear yet they appear for no one.

Rewards and becoming only exist within the limited boundaries of separation through desire and what is being sought. There is only what is, complete equanimity in all appearances for no one. 

  

    The suggestion that this is a dream an illusion puts the separate self me in defense position. Me defends its solidity, territory and ownership of story including past, present and hopes of a future. Me uses time and history for its building blocks to what is, me uses the narrative of other stories to posture itself in ethics, morality, right, wrong, etc. Me registers itself through thoughts, feelings and emotions taking action on the barometer of how me thinks and feels. What could be said if there was never a separate me, self I am? What is life with no such thing as separation?

    To immerse one's self in a spiritual practice or any practice with a desired outcome for better health and well being is merely the separate self me attempts to control and find solace...a measure that never lasts and eventually will shift and change like the tide. The idea of separation itself is a restless nature for sure.

Everything is both extraordinary and ordinary as one infinite expression including the idea that you're a separate individual.

What is does not change like the tide what is is changeless and yet appears as movement coming and going, arising and falling. What is is indescribable... a beautiful paradoxical mystery. There is no one immersing in anything. Life is a timeless wonderment!

BEING...Ordinary and Extraordinary...

 We come together not to compete, not to be right, not to relate, not to inspire...we come together to be. Whatever is appearing, what ever is happening is all inclusive love, freedom appearing as what is...being. If naming and story arises separation is taking ownership of what is naturally being.   Being is both ordinary and extraordinary.
