STILLNESS...

 One does not attain nor arrive to stillness...Everything IS stillness appearing.

There Is Nothing Apart From LOVE...

    The deep rest one longs for is no more me/self. The freedom one seeks is for the no me/self to end. The peace one desires is to loose the me/self. Shhh, quiet I need to silent the mind....If I could just turn the me/mind switch to off even for a little bit maybe then I could have rest, freedom, peace and quiet.     

   We seek numerous experiences to attain, rest, freedom, peace and quiet...The very desire to seek for any of these is staring you in the face. Its a bit ironic that the ideas we conceptualize to bring about rest, freedom, peace and quietness is what is already the infinite, perfect, harmonious and pure. Everything and anything that arises and occurs IS unconditional wholeness love. The me/self is not apart from love, nor is separation apart from love. There is nothing apart from love...

All-Inclusive

 The stillness, movement and chaos all arise unconditionally...unconditional love is all-inclusive, nothing is exempt. This is recognized not by the me/mind rather the recognition rests prior and beyond.

LOSS...

 The loss of the separate self is what drops, dies, melts, snuffed out when seen. So too is all the baggage that goes with a separate individual me...the suffering and stories. Maybe felt as complete relief like air out of a large inflated balloon, or tight underwear finally discarded.

What appears to be revealed is unending immense unconditional love as everything and empty of separation, empty of a me.
