Apparent Death..

   The dualistic view in the apparent death of a body of a loved one is a sharp visceral hit leaving the contracted energy of a separate self me vulnerable, in pain with no answers other than imagined. The separate self me races to make sense of life and death to help ease sorrow along with anchoring itself to justifiable answers. In apparent death, separate self me has limited options to keep itself in the experience; deep pain and sorrow, anger, detachment, understanding and forgiveness. The bodies survival mechanism kicks in arriving in "no man's land." The potential of a new identity or the dropping of an identity may occur.

   In the separate self me's vulnerability there can appear an opening other than the separate self me. In fact the separate self me may completely fall away revealing whole pureness of unconditional love, boundless and unmeasurable....and the separate self me can jump right back in claiming an incredible experience or maybe a 'scared the crap out of me' experience...either way the separate self me will take ownership identifying as a me experience. Here, the separate self me may become a seeker seeking more of this experience or not...either way in the apparent death of a loved one there remains beyond the separate self center something much more alive and potent other than a separate self me happening, the separate self me simply can not pin point what it is, often expressed as surreal, as what truly is can not be named it can only be pointed to with limited words as what is, for what truly is, is not an object nor a subject...infinite abundant life is undefinable.

   To all the apparent separate self me's may the dream of separation fall away effortlessly like the snowflake that falls gently from the sky lying itself down to melt unto the earth. 

Self Projection...

The mind of a separate self me can only self project... see this and know it’s limiting nature.

Life...

Life’s vitality and aliveness is constant, immediate...including all thoughts, feelings and sensations...hold on to no-thing!
