Love...Unconditioned

   The me mind will never know nor ever rest in unconditional love. The me mind seeks what it deems as love, through an attachment of: love of others, self, a God, practices, pets, nature, experiences, etc. that last temporarily both with joys and disappointments. 

   You are the reflection of everything! Identifying love with any conditions or expectations is not love at all but rather a me mind who thinks it lacks.

Peace...

                     

                      Without the story there is blissful peace.

Complete...

   You are already what you long for, your personal separate self me will never know this...stop seeking for the experience of who you truly are...it's always ever present. Everything that arises is whole, pure and complete...Everything!

Thoughts...

   Thoughts belong to no one. Make no claim to your thoughts... here freedom lies.

Gratitude...Simply Is!

Gratitude needs no words, no actions, no response...Gratitude is your natural being.

Thoughts...

A thinker can only exist if you believe your thoughts are your own. All thoughts come and go...how could one possibly lay claim to something that comes and goes...

Reflection...

A reflection has no intention.Everything outside of you is the reflection of the infinite.

What moves through you has no ownership, you were never in charge.

Apparent Death..

   The dualistic view in the apparent death of a body of a loved one is a sharp visceral hit leaving the contracted energy of a separate self me vulnerable, in pain with no answers other than imagined. The separate self me races to make sense of life and death to help ease sorrow along with anchoring itself to justifiable answers. In apparent death, separate self me has limited options to keep itself in the experience; deep pain and sorrow, anger, detachment, understanding and forgiveness. The bodies survival mechanism kicks in arriving in "no man's land." The potential of a new identity or the dropping of an identity may occur.

   In the separate self me's vulnerability there can appear an opening other than the separate self me. In fact the separate self me may completely fall away revealing whole pureness of unconditional love, boundless and unmeasurable....and the separate self me can jump right back in claiming an incredible experience or maybe a 'scared the crap out of me' experience...either way the separate self me will take ownership identifying as a me experience. Here, the separate self me may become a seeker seeking more of this experience or not...either way in the apparent death of a loved one there remains beyond the separate self center something much more alive and potent other than a separate self me happening, the separate self me simply can not pin point what it is, often expressed as surreal, as what truly is can not be named it can only be pointed to with limited words as what is, for what truly is, is not an object nor a subject...infinite abundant life is undefinable.

   To all the apparent separate self me's may the dream of separation fall away effortlessly like the snowflake that falls gently from the sky lying itself down to melt unto the earth. 

Self Projection...

The mind of a separate self me can only self project... see this and know it’s limiting nature.

Life...

Life’s vitality and aliveness is constant, immediate...including all thoughts, feelings and sensations...hold on to no-thing!

Silent Seeing...

See without perception or thought, silently see! Rest in seeing the unknowable.

Prior To What Comes and Goes...

Identity as a separate self me comes and goes just as thoughts and feelings come and go...you are prior to everything that comes and goes!

Suffering...

We long to end suffering as it is something we think we can have, when there is no separate self, me running suffering happens but to no one.

Welcome...!

Welcome everything with equal footing, no bias’s, judgements nor commentary responses, let welcoming arise naturally...recognize the finite meeting the infinite.

No Center...

               Absence of a separate self me, a center is true meditation.

Own Nothing...

All thoughts, feelings, emotions come and go...how could one possibly be something that comes and goes. Drop all ownership of these and you’ll discover a freedom at hand!

No Thing Separate...

   All experiences that take place are not personal as the separate me would like to think....All experiences happen for no one, experiences simply happen.The stories of experiences are bountiful yet all stories regardless of their nature (beautiful, tender, painful, endearing, horrific etc.) simply belong to no one. There is no ownership to any experience or story of an experience as there is no such thing as separation.

Does Not Matter...

   Love is always reflecting love...What is is always reflecting what is... Does not matter where you land or where you hide there is no escaping the brilliance of life!

Life Responds to Life Naturally...Effortlessly...

   Concentrated joy, concentrated pain, concentrated effort all happen within boundless infinite-ness that you are. You can not make happen what happens and you cannot prevent what happens. 

An individuals world is no more than thoughts that arise...when no attention is given to thoughts the very idea of a me melts away and a possible discovery of boundlessness can happen...or not.

Happiness...

   Happiness is not determined by your tittles and experiences...        Happiness is who you believe yourself to be.

WHO...

              Who are you without your stories and desires? 

Unending...

             Seeking is separation. Separation is seeking.

*LOVE...

  All appearances appear prior to any thoughts feelings and sensations. All thoughts, feelings, sensations are appearances too. Love is prior to all appearances, love is everything and everything is love appearing!

*Love that is being spoken here is unconditional love, no conditions on anything nor anyone...this is the only love there is.

Trust...

   All appearances come and go, all thoughts come and go...so what is it that never changes and does not come and go... do not trust appearances and thoughts...trust deeper than trust.  

Love...

  Despite all phenomena there is only love... It has always been this way and always will. You cannot understand nor experience what you are... For you are love that needs no experience nor understanding to be. Drop the one who is seeking an experience and understanding.

Something from Nothing...

   The separate self me is always making something out of nothing....Always making a some thing out of a no thing. Every thing, everything is already whole, pure and perfect exactly as it is. It is no wonder the separate self me is restless!

Unconditional Love...

   Do you really want to know life as unconditional love, total freedom, total liberation? Drop all ideas, concepts and thoughts of being a separate self me being...And do not replace with another set of ideas, concepts and thoughts.

The Veil...

                            The separate self me IS the veil.

Living Life...

  Living life with no explanation is living life in unconditional love.

Seeking...

   Seeking confirms that one feels a loss, something missing a separateness that needs to be fulfilled. Seeking is the search and belief that something has to better than what is or something better is attainable. That is why the position of a seeker is endless. Everything that is appearing in every nano second is always whole, complete and pure just as it is. One has to make this discovery for oneself!

   What could possibly happen when you loose the identity of being a separate self? Don't let the me answer!

Discovery...

   The mind continually projects desires and images as to how it would like its life to unfold. You are not your mind, you are not your thoughts....Yes, thoughts and images arise out of mind and all thoughts, images simply come and go, do not put stock on what comes and goes rather look to see what never leaves.

Compassion...

Compassion is seeing that everyones life is unfolding towards the discovery of the truth. 

Not In Charge...

   Everything that is happening, happens prior to thought. 
Your not in charge.

Fall Apart...

  When ones story falls apart and no one is attempting to control outcomes a space is created to drop the believability of a separate self as real. In other words; When this/your world makes absolutely no sense a space opens for the truth.

To Know is Not...

   The separate self, personal me rests on knowing. The deep search for knowing the truth can be a long arduous cyclical nature as the truth can not be known by a separate entity as there is only one not two. One could say the truth is recognized/seen when the separate self, me is simply gone.

         Life is NOT what you make of it...You are life itself!

   As long as you are living out of a story, your personal story you will always overlook the ordinary extraordinary unlimited boundless free life that is.

Solutions...

    The separate self me identity will always strive and look for solutions, a remedy or an answer. A separate self me will never accept that everything already is its perfection and needs nothing.

Beyond and Prior...

  The separate self me strives for comfort, peace, happiness and will work at minimizing or avoiding pain, discomfort, dis-ease, loss, etc. It will always work in the capacity to achieve, to get and to know. The separate self me depends entirely on time and knowing... Who you truly are needs nothing and is both prior and beyond time... its not a miracle its the truth!

Both...

    Simultaneously you are both stillness and movement. You are the dance, the dancer and the space in-between.

Seeking is Pointless...

   What one longs for has never left. The seeker seeks what is unknowable, as the seeker can only search for what can be known.

       You are life itself...there is nothing to know, nothing to get.

Seeker...

  There's no where to go, there's nothing to get and there's nothing to do will never satisfy nor sit right with a seeker. Your not a seeker, you're no-thing and every-thing! 

No You...

   Awakening, enlightenment is a falling away of a you. It is a dropping of an illusion...a false identity that never was. There is no replacement of an awakened enlighten you. There is what always has been, nothing separate...everything and no thing.

Loose Yourself...

"Loose yourself to find yourself." What does this actually mean...Intellectually speaking "Loose yourself"  is a complete dissapparance of the idea that a separate self, me, individual exists.
"To find yourself" is a knowing prior and beyond the mind that you are everything and nothing simultaneously...nothing is separate.

Inheritance...

   The very nature of believing in a separate individual self me is a contraction in and of itself to the direct boundless, unlimited nature that you are. Your natural 'inheritance' is unconditional love...nothing else. Your natural 'inheritance' is not a story of the past, nor memories nor what is yet to arise. Always first and foremost you are love with absolutely no conditions. It's that simple!

No One...

   NO veil,  NO cloak, NO mask, NO one ... only pure emptiness.

Alive...

   Life is alive, continually anew, it sparkles like diamonds on the snow. It's both soft and loud ... You are the dance and the dancer with no separation.
