Understanding...

   Let all your understandings spring from the heart with a depth so deep that your own knowing becomes unshakeable. Understandings from the intellectual mind will be digested and stored in the minds memory bank of many vaults... with these two ways of understanding ... One will bring lasting peace and joy, the other will deepen the separate self identity.

Boundaries, Limitations are Thoughts...

   In truth there are no boundaries nor limitations for you are unbound limitless Love. 

Only believed thoughts of the mind create boundaries and limitations...confirm this for yourself and know that you are not your thoughts.

Invitation...

      An invitation to drop all thoughts is an invitation to loose your separate self identity and see what remains!

Where Are You....

                 Are you in love with the journey or the destination?

Changes...

   What within you allows you to see that everything changes, that everything comes and goes? This that can see everything coming and going must be changeless itself...sit with this.

Attachments...

      Attachments can only exist from a believed concept that you are a seperate self. Look beyond your attachments and focus on the one that is attached....There is nothing complicated here... your looking into this has more power than any attachment! 

Get Off The High Horse...

    When ever we argued my mother would always interject "Get off your high horses"... she was wise. It would be many years later before I truly understood the meaning of getting off my high horse.  Stepping off the high horse is required to the initial awakening...are you willing to get off your high horse? 

Ps Stepping down from the high horse is a guarantee for an effortless ride!
