Clean and Clear Your House...

  When your attention is focused on a thought the focus becomes singular, referred to as a contracted state.  This is a most limited way of being. Clean and clear your house! Open the doors, windows, bulkheads and vents to let your thoughts come and go. They do not need to reside in your kingdom! Breathe, relax, allow yourself to be receptive to all that is available to you now!

   When it becomes apparent that the seeker and the search must be dropped you will smile and know the perfume of your own flower.
