Grace...Happy New Year

Step into the New Year in the embodiment of Grace for that is what you are. Grace needs no identification as you already are Grace! 

Your here and now are gifts that you as Grace offer to this world at every moment. Thank you!

Drop the story...

      When you see that you are not the myriad of stories you think you are and truly drop the "story" identification you will see that nothing ever happened to you. Ahhhh... liberation and freedom are yours (as they have always been)!

NOW...

Now, the "now" that many teachers refer too is not a moment in time. You are the now! The now is seamless...see for yourself. 
When you awoke this morning it was now.
When you sipped your coffee/tea/juice it was now.
When you showered it was now.
Reading this blog is now.
The "now" is always present. Drop into the now...Now!

Yes and No...

   Let every "yes" and every "no" that arises in you come from love and understanding. Know the difference of an ego "yes and "no" and the "yes and "no" that arises from the heart.

Know that you know unequivocally the truth of a "yes" and "no" response!

Root...

       Here, now is the root of your being. Start each moment from knowing you are here, now. It is the only experience that you can know for sure. I am here, now.

Be changeless...

      Thought imposes a concept/naming on everything we see, hear, taste and touch. All things named are marly concepts/ideas placed on objects becoming subjective and/or objective...all from mind.
Observe how mind works, see it's quick conditioning of naming, see how it always appears to know something... Be the observer who is aware of how mind comes and goes. Be the changeless observer who does not come and go.
