Silence...

   Pure silence is always is present. When you give your attention to a concept (thought) you are out of pure present silence and in the past. Drop back into silence, it is here where the heart is opened and peace resides.

Just as the sun is always shinning, one must turn to the sun to see its light... so must you turn inward to silence where the heart is always shinning to know your own light.

Moments...

   Wanting any moment to be other than it is, is resistance. The ever present moment happens before you can even decide if you like it or not...it is only thought that interjects an idea onto the moment...let all moments rest as they are...when you do it is here that you bloom and shine like a sunflower!

 

Who...

There is no personal self seeing ...then who is seeing?
There in no personal self hearing ...then who is hearing?
There is no personal self sensing ...then who is sensing?
There is no personal self that is moving ...then who is moving?
Who is it that is aware of it all with this form?

Self Inquiry begins here. Be still, be patient, be quiet and the answers above are revealed.

Peace...

   When you are no longer invested in your thoughts, it is here that deep peace can arise. What action that needs to happen will come from your natural self... not a thought.
