Uproot... tap into your capacity!
Uproot what no longer serves you...you can ignore thought and you can inquirer deeper into a thought that you identify with...where you are judgmental, bias, separate, comparing, measuring, justifying, etc..
When you go deeper into a thought/idea where you believe you are separate, personal, you are seeing from only one point of you, from seeing that you are attached to a single point of view, you have the capacity to be abundant with points of views...see if there is a way of perceiving/seeing a situation with a point of view that resonates for you (feels in-balance) that has no opposites, no right or wrong, no moral compass...just see without a thought of judgement, bias, comparison, measuring...and see if a peace, a happiness arises within you...you are that!

This is a good barometer check to see how one may or not be with identifying with thought. Don't let thought be the see 'er or feeling that is arising within you, be still, quiet and let what is natural see and feel within and without your very presence.
